Rick Anderson sincerely appreciates it when you refer a client to Anderson Homes.  To express that appreciation in a tangible way, Rick will pay you a referral fee of up to $2,500 if you refer someone who hires Anderson Homes, LLC, signs a contract, and pays their deposit.

The referral fee schedule is:  $1,500 for a contract price up to $200,000, $2,000 for a contract price from $200,000 to $300,000, and $2,500 for contract prices above $300,000.   

This program was started to express gratitude to all those who send Anderson Homes referrals, and to encourage and reward referrals.  Rick Anderson and the entire crew at Anderson Homes deeply appreciate your support and referrals.

Complete this referral form so we will have a record of your referral, and so we can communicate with you and your Referral in the process and see that you are paid.  The rules are simple.  You must refer someone you have personally talked to (or emailed), and you must have actually recommended Anderson Homes.  You must also complete all the requested information in the form.  You'll see that we require the person's first and last name and email address.  You must know the person well enough to have this information or at least to ask for it and receive it.  If a person is referred to Anderson Homes by more than one person, the first one to complete this form is the one who will get paid.  Only one referral will be paid per client.  Completing this form does not entitle you to a referral fee if the person is already a client of Anderson Homes, or if the person has already talked with Rick Anderson or his staff.  This Referral fee system is for new referrals from you to Anderson Homes.
