Rick, president of Anderson Homes, is a second-generation builder who grew up in the construction industry. His experience in construction began in high school where he enjoyed summer employment working for various subcontractors, and continued through his college years where he developed a broad range of practical skills and knowledge. He graduated from Washington State University in 1979 with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance. Although detail oriented, and a stickler for cost control, Rick attributes his success to his desire to treat people with dignity and respect.



Dennis Dalman, the project manager, oversees the day-to-day field supervision. He started in the construction industry in 1973, working from the trenches up through all phases of home building including framing and interior finish work. In his younger days, he traveled between Washington, Oregon & Alaska adding to his knowledge of the trade and eventually returning to the beautiful Olympic Peninsula to settle down.

Our staff carefully walks potential customers through the process of developing a comprehensive project manual pinpointing the small details that make for a truly custom home. Our reputation is something we have earned, one home at a time. With each new home, we strive to strengthen this important bond of trust that unites us with our customers. In doing so, we affirm there is no greater asset than a satisfied homeowner.



Kim manages the front of the office, and Kim is who you will most likely talk to when you call Anderson Homes.  She manages multiple tasks and coordinates much of Rick's office activities and appointments.  You'll find Kim a delight to talk to.  She is genuinely interested in seeing that each of our clients has their needs met, and that it is a pleasant experience from beginning to end, and beyond. 


Saundra joined Anderson Homes recently as the new Accountant and Bookeeper. 

Saundra has a great background.  She moved to  the northwest 3 years ago from Tucson, AZ, where she had her own accounting business for 10 years and owned and managed a number rental
properties in and around the Tucson area.

Saundra will be handling all the financial aspects of construction, and with customer service being one our Anderson Homes' top priorities, Saundra will do all she can do to make  our customers happy and the office running smoothly.

"I'm a hiker, biker, kayaker and hope to eventually get my sport pilot license, because I love aviation. My partner's name is Dale and my child replacement pet is Boris, an 8 1/2 year old lhasa apso. I currently live in Sequim.

John is in charge of labor on the construction of your home, and he is the man who is there everyday attending to the details that creates the masterpiece that becomes your "home." 

We are very fortunate to have John.  Our clients rave about his diligence in every detail, and they rave about what a courteous and pleasant person he is to work with.  Considering how stressful it can be to have a home built, Anderson Homes works especially hard to make it a good experience for every customer.  That means doing what we promised, doing at the contract price, using quality materials and fine workmanship, and it also means doing the best we can in having a great relationship with you throughout the entire process. 

Derek is our master laborer who does everything and anything to make your construction go well and cleanly, even at the end of each day.  While Derek usually has his nose to the grindstone on each project, clients find Derek a joy to be around because of his happy disposition.
